"NOW AVAILABLE FOR CHARTERS SEVEN DAYS A WEEK"

October 5, 2002

The storms have come and gone and at last we can go fishing. We took Ken Radcliff from Peacock Paint Company in Tallahassee, Florida and his friends Brad, Dan, Lonny, John and Jeff off shore to catch a limit of RED SNAPPER and a BIG COBIA. The weather was great and the sea was smooth enough to roller skate on. This is a GREAT time to book a trip. The weather is beginning to cool down a little and the fish are chewing. So, give us a call and...

August 17th, 2002:

The Walker family spent a half day trip on "Lil Teak" with Captain Jason and put some long size fish in the box on a short day. The seas were a little rough but these fishermen were determined to fish and that is just what they did. Hope to take them again and...

July 20th, 2002:

Captain Jason took the crew from Conway Construction Co. fishing Saturday. These Worth County construction workers proved that you can take a South Georgia pond fisherman and teach him how to catch salt water fish. The catch of the day were 18 red grouper and a half dozen nice snapper. Way to
go, and...

July 6th:

Sunday was a long day for four Atlanta fishermen. Georgy Long, Tim Allbritton, David Bell and John Campbell drove 12 hours round trip to spend a day fishing on "Lil Teak" with Captain Jason. The trip paid off though with a great catch of grouper and snapper. They all had a great time and we hope to take them again soon...

July 5th:

Ricky Smith and W. J. Phillips came down from the Atlanta area to join us
for a day of fishing. The catch of the day was a 48 pound Cobia backed up by
a 30 pound plus Cobia and a couple of big kings. Both of these men were
tired at the end of the day but had a great time getting that way. We hope
to see them soon and...

June 30th:

Captain Jason took Shawn Gross, Roy Cook, Barry Foreacher and their friends Chris, Josh and John for a half day trip Sunday morning. The fishing was very slow and most wore shorts in the morning. Just as the time was running out, they began to chew so we stayed a few extra hours and saved the day with eighteen or twenty good size keepers. These Tallahassee fishermen are good and we look forward to taking them out again...

June 29th:

Some people spend thousands of dollars to go to South or Central America to try to catch a sailfish. What are the chances of catching one of these beauties in the waters of the Big Bend of Florida? With "Miss Teak Charters" the chances are pretty good. Last Saturday we took Gilbert Haskins from Worth Gin Company and Scott Jones, Stan Arvey, Warren Tison and his son Clifton off shore for a day of fishing. To everyone's surprise, the catch of the day was a 95 lb. sailfish which was landed in 45 minutes and released after pictures were taken. It took almost 30 minutes to revive this beauty but he regained his strength and is waiting to give another angler a great fight someday soon so...

June 16th:

What does a charter boat captain do when he gets a day off?
GO FISHING!... and that is exactly what we did on Father's Day. What better way to spend a special day than fishing with your family. Our freezers were getting a little low so we added Kings, Red Grouper, Gag Grouper, Trigger Fish, Snapper, Cobia, Shark and a few Ruby Lips. Why don't you give us a call and set up a weekend to "TAKE A DAD FISHING"!

June 8th:

They call themselves "THE KILLER BEE'S FISHING TEAM" from Tallahassee, Florida and kill fish is what they did on a half day trip with Captain Jason and his deckhand Paul on "LIL TEAK". Bill, Brian, Billy, Bird, and the ring leader Breom loaded fifteen BIG grouper (in the fourteen pound range) in less than an hour and a half of fishing in one of our secret "HONEY HOLES" near the "Big O" Tower. These "B's" are good fishermen and we look forward to taking them out again as soon as possible so...

June 1st:

This week we had a great trip fishing with the ex-owner of "LIL TEAK". Dr. Doug Lovelace and friends joined us for a half day trip and we loaded the boat with a dozen good size grouper. The seas were 3-4 feet but the fish were chewing and we were reeling them in. Can't wait to go again so...
